Jaguar is a former entertainment attorney who has provided contract administration for SONY, produced music festivals for Rachelle Farrell, Stan Getz, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Etta James, and BB King and even worked with Nancy Wilson. She traveled to Senegal, then onto South Africa and opened a restaurant in Johannesburg. She's shopped the music demos of Chrisette Michelle, Lloyd, Shaliek Rivers, Cory Gunz and Lyfe Jennings and has litigated for Eric B and Rakim. She was hired to produce the largest outdoor concert at Independence Square Accra, Ghana and produced Ghana's very first "official" theater stage play called "Romantic Nonsense." In 2013, Jaguar launched Jaguar and Company Clothier where she presently designs “male identified” clothing for women. Her work has appeared on Cathy Lee and Hoda, Steven Spielberg's Red Carpet event for the Lucky Seven premiere, VH1's Mob Wives, Hip Hop sensation Smiff n' Wesson, many periodicals, editorials and presented her line in several New York Fashion Week events.



Britni Leshá is a travel and hospitality industry project management professional based in Queens, New York. Originally from the Washington, D.C. metro area, Britni has long been known as a vocal advocate of LGBT rights, having served as Diversity Co-Chair of both the D.C. and Greater NYC Steering Committees of the Human Rights Campaign. When she's not traveling professionally or volunteering with various LGBT Homeless Youth Initiatives in NYC, Britni enjoys Krav Maga (Israeli Self Defense) training and educating herself on the latest developments in holistic wellness and green living.



Sonia Alleyne is the Press Secretary and Director of Public Information for the New York City Department of Finance, managing and developing communications strategies and branding for the nation’s largest and most complex municipal tax administration, which manages more than $33 billion and values more than one million properties for a total market value of $988 billion.

Before joining the Department of Finance, Sonia was editorial director at Black Enterprise, responsible for content direction across multiple platforms including television, magazine, events and digital, breaking editorial exclusives with top business talent such as Xerox CEO Ursula Burns, former McDonalds CEO Don Thompson, Canadian billionaire Michael Lee Chin, and Oprah Winfrey. She launched and managed several brand franchises including the “Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America,” and commissioned the first stories on the LGBT community, including the cover “Black and Gay in Corporate America,” which won the 2012 GLADD Media Award for Outstanding Magazine Article.


Ian Peters is a business consultant to RFW. He is a former professional model and actor. He currently owns and operates entertainment consulting firm, Ian Peters Agency. Along with a vast and supportive database of contacts, he brings 15+ years of experience working with various entertainment, fashion and sports organizations to the RFW table. He will hold the position of board member and his duties are spelled out in the by-laws and include attending meetings of our board of directors, voting on board decisions, and participating in fundraisers. He serves on committees or task forces and offers to take on special assignments as needed.

Fabian Burrell is an active member of the LGBT community in New York City. She served, for one year, as the Convener of Maranatha, a ministry of The Riverside Church New York City committed to serving God and fostering greater understanding while promoting equity for Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender and Queer/Questioning people. She is also a member of the LGBT Faith Leaders of African Descent and a former board member of Harlem Pride.

After spending many years in media publishing as a journalist, editor, public relations practitioner, event planner and promotions manager, Fabian founded Aziza Public Relations in 2000.

A graduate of Kingsborough Community College where she received the El Hajj Malik El Shabazz (Malcolm X) Award for Scholastic Achievement, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from the CUNY Baccalaureate Unique and Interdisciplinary Studies, and is working on a Master’s degree in Emergency Management (Homeland Security track).

She is currently an Instructional Designer at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY.
